Det var en gång en människa, som placerade sin hand på den kalla grottväggen, blåste ett moln av pigment på
den, tog bort handen och le voilà, Skapelsen! As easy as one, two,three, as simple as Do, Re, Mi, baby, you and
me.
Vi kan skapa något som;
finns kvar när vi lämnat platsen,
kan kommunicera med någon annan bortom tid och rum,
säga mer än tusen ord,
kopieras, gå sönder, återskapas, ges bort, bytas och säljas.
Vi strävar mot en bättre värld. Vi hoppas på något mer. Vi fruktar det värsta.

Bella Rune är född 1971 i Stockholm. Tidigare utställningar inkluderar Marabouparken och Gustavsbergs
konsthall, Konst2, Modern Talking samt legendariska Yngligagatan. Hon har även gjort vinjetten till SVT:s
Kobra tillsammans med Jesper Kouthoofd. Bella Rune är utbildad på Chelsea College of Art.

Where the Sun Don’t Shine
Vernissage August 26, 5 pm - 8 pm
Once upon a time the Human placed her hand on the cold cave wall, blew a cloud of pigment on top of it,
removed the hand and…le voilà, Creation! As easy as one, two,three, as simple as Do, Re, Mi, baby, you and me.
We create something which can
be there when we leave the room,
communicate with humans far far away,
say more than a thousand words,
be copied, re-created, given, broken, bartered or sold.
We work to make a change. We hope for something better. We fear the worst. /Bella Rune
Bella Rune was born in Stockholm in 1971. Her work was included in exhibitions at Marabouparken,
Gustavsbergs konsthall, Konst2, Modern Talking as well as the legendary gallery Ynglingagatan. She has even
made vignettes for SVT’s program Kobra together with Jesper Kouthoofd. Bella Rune graduated from Chelsea
College of Art.
The exhibition is on view until September 26.
